Solution Overview
Targeting the control solution for high-speed brushless hair dryers, focusing on variable-frequency drive and control of the high-speed brushless motor, auxiliary system power supply, and isolated signal sampling. Using half-bridge IPM power modules/SJ MOSFETs, dedicated motor MCUs with voltage regulation, high-precision op-amps, infrared thermopile, and high-reliability optocouplers, it offers a turnkey solution that achieves fine-grained variable-frequency control of high-speed motors, improving noise level and long-duration continuous operating stability.
