Solution Overview
Targeting the electronic control system for high-power chargers, the solution covers the full chain: high-voltage AC-DC power conversion, isolated feedback, and voltage reference/regulation control. Relying on SJ MOSFETs, SGT/Trench MOSFETs, GaN devices, full-series AC-DC power ICs, voltage references and isolation optocouplers, it achieves efficient power conversion, effectively reducing overall losses and improving power system stability and compatibility.
